Allan Hilsinger is the Executive Producer for 9Ton Media, Smugglers Films and Associate Producer for Tachyon 12 Entertainment. A Cincinnati native, Hilsinger earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Cincinnati’s Carl H. Lindner College of Business. Following his days at UC, he quickly jumped into the entrepreneurial space by starting, building and selling several small businesses, one of which is a national provider of award-winning identity management and protection solutions that protects over 700,000 American lives.
Over the last 15 years, Allan has frequently been highlighted in the media as a cyber security subject matter expert dedicated to helping organizations protect their employees and their company bottom line from the damages of identity theft and data fraud. Terry is an award-winning filmmaker with over thirty years experience. AMERICAN ICON, a doc about NYC’s Naked Cowboy, marked Lukemire’s directorial debut where he also fulfilled the roles of producer, cinematographer and editor. This was followed by THE KING OF KARAOKE, Best Comedy Short winner at the 2002 Hollywood Film Festival and LIMELIGHT, premiering at the 2003 Seattle International Film Festival as one of only nine selections in the New American Cinema category. Heath Hill is an Associate Producer for Smugglers Films and 9Ton Media. Heath is currently based in Cocoa Beach, Florida. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Cincinnati. Over the last twenty years, Hill has held roles such as Regional Sales Director at Achieve3000/McGraw Hill, Educational Partnership Manager at MIND Research Institute and Regional Sales Manager at American Reading Company.
Hill achieves business objectives with a customer-focused approach and enjoys cultivating relationships with diverse clientele. He has established an impressive track record managing accounts and territories by creating successful, results-driven strategic sales activities with a proven knack for entering markets, boosting revenue, securing market shares and surpassing sales targets. Michelle is a producer and award-winning actress residing in Cincinnati. She has produced both commercial and theatrical projects, always hitting her mark efficiently and on-budget, with some fun thrown in for good measure. Her business savvy, creativity, and problem-solving skills allow her to flourish both in front of and behind the camera. Michelle has worked with 9 Ton Media since 2021. She holds a BA degree in both Theatre and Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, and she is a Certified Records Manager.
Jim Doogan is the Associate Executive Producer for Smugglers Films and 9Ton Media. Jim is a native Cincinnatian. He earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Cincinnati and has spent the last 20 years of his career in the consumer products industry. Doogan brings a solutions-oriented mindset of excellence to any project he encounters and has been instrumental in delivering multi-million dollar packaging engineering solutions for several national brands on time and within budget. He is a true innovator and problem solver and holds several U.S. patents. Jim has provided a powerful impact to the filmmaking industry by applying the same practices he has throughout his career.
